Kindergarten’s holiday party is December 16, from 11:15-12:20. Parents are invited to join us in our classroom after lunch that day to help with the party.
Please continue to work with your child on reading sight words, recognizing pennies, nickels, dimes, knowing their value, counting pennies, and making fair trades with pennies for nickels and dimes. Your child should recognize circles, triangles, squares, rectangles, cubes, and spheres and begin to notice them in their environment. Students also need to know their full name, address, phone number, city, county, state, country, and continent. In science, we are working on the five senses.
