We have completed all of the assessments for the first nine weeks of school! Round of applause to all of the students for doing such a great job! You will get your child's report card at our scheduled conference!
Our class goes to the media center every Friday. Please help your child to remember to bring their books to school!
Conference week is coming up the week of Oct. 24-28th. Please return your conference slip to me if you have not already done so.
Our field trip to the apple orchard is this Wednesday, Oct. 19. Please make sure that your child arrives at school on time and is wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Also, if your child is packing a lunch it must be brought in a paper/plastic bag. NO LUNCHBOXES!
Learning Targets for the week:
Math- Bills to $20… making fair trades using different bills and recognizing bills up to $20
Writing- The students will begin to create a pattern book about an important thing
Language Arts- ABC order
Social Studies- Landforms… mountain, plain, valley, plateau, coast, and desert
